The World Class Manufacturing Association is a non-for-profit organization, established with the aim of enhancing the performances of the Members’ plants, developing and implementing best in class manufacturing practises, and increasing the competitiveness of the productive system adopted by the Members for the benefit of the Members and of their final customers.

What WCM is?

World Class Manufacturing (WCM) is a comprehensive management system aimed at improving manufacturing performance by eliminating waste, enhancing quality, and increasing efficiency. It involves principles such as continuous improvement, standardization, and total productive maintenance (TPM). WCM is widely applied in various industries to achieve operational excellence and competitiveness.
